Stage One - Caregiving with Confidence - Steps 1, 2 & 3

This first stage of the Social Service Care Product, Stage 1: "Caregiving with Confidence" includes 3 Steps, and 3 Action Steps each, to enhance service delivery as follows:

Step One includes: "Getting to Your Why and Why Your Why Matters," along with a review of our varied understandings of "Help" and "Care." Step Two is called "Critical Foundations" or the X-factors of excellent service, which you will find helpful in a variety of scenarios, and Step Three: "The Primers," includes major theorists often referred to in the field, offering foundational information which provides a basis of understanding, connectedness, grounding, and the potential for a greater impact in service delivery!
