Stage Three: “Supervision, Management, Self-Care and You,” covers the last three steps; Step Seven: “Supervision and You,” Step Eight: “Management and You” and Step Nine: “Self-Care and You!”

The first Step of Stage Three is Step Seven: “Supervision and You” provides a process, to make the most of supervision by learning about a variety of leadership styles, and how to respond to them; a detailed step-by step instruction on how to prepare for supervision get the most out of supervision and how to get the support you need.

Step Eight: “Management and You,” is the next step in Stage Three and provides a step-by-step process to develop and apply systemic collaboration, to meet individual and agency-wide goals using skill sets you have right now. It includes a step-wise self-assessment of how you’re doing in management’s view and what more you can do. The general topic, with specifics is systemic thinking, how to gain an aerial view to spot problems and offer solutions.

Stage Three, Step Nine: “Self-Care and You,” provides immediate and long-term solutions for self-care as a social service provider, a person in the helping profession, and will bring light to creative areas of interest, you may have neglected as a caregiver. The aim of this step is to improve your well-being, reduce burn-out, take active steps to spend more quality time with loved ones, provide nourishment to increase your stamina and impact and so you can carve out the time to do the things that make you happy.
