There are three main stages of this roadmap, with three steps for each stage, and three action steps to enhance your service goals.<\/p>\n
This course is “Stage One” – Caregiving with Confidence and includes these 3 steps:<\/p>\n
Step 1 – Getting to Your Why and Why It Matters. This step explores how to obtain an effective method for not getting tripped up, anxious, or taking things personally with clients, supervisors or colleagues. The goal is to understand the dynamics behind your encounters so you are not triggered into reactions. It includes two Videos, totaling 2 hours and 22 minutes, 31 pages of downloadable Workbook and related material in the dedicated portal.<\/p>\n
Step 2 – Critical Foundations and the X-Factors of Excellent Service. This step explores how to engage and respond well to clients’ needs by learning foundational principles that will last a lifetime, without feeling stuck or reactive, or feeling pressured to respond! The goal is to learn to engage and respond well to clients’ needs with information you’ve learned before, though most likely, not quite like this. It includes one video, totaling 1 hour and 26 minutes, 39 pages of downloadable Workbook materials and related material in the dedicated portal.<\/p>\n
Step 3 – The Primers: Theoretical Essentials and You! This step explores how to be helpful to anyone using essential conditions, you and you alone are responsible for. The goal is to help you help, or be of assistance to anyone with the aid of theoretical frameworks.
